How to order:

If you wish to make an order then email us at isabel@rosalindmercy.co.uk with the item reference and we will be able to confirm if the item is still available and issue an invoice for your order total, including packing and delivery.

Packing and Delivery costs:

UK orders are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery this will ensure that they are insured and signed for on receipt. We will email you with the tracking code when the item is sent and your order can be tracked on the internet at www.royalmail.com                                                     All orders P+P £5.00

Overseas orders are sent Royal Mail International Signed For, this will ensure that they are insured and signed for on receipt. We will email you with the tracking code when the item is sent and your order can be tracked on the internet at www.royalmail.com                                                     All orders P+P £6.00

Items can be sent by other means at the request of the customer, charged as applicable.
